Harbinger Co-Editor-in-Chief Nurun Nahar will be honored by UConn’s Connecticut Writing Project for her story “I am Muslim, I am Manchester.” The story will receive honor mention for non-fiction in the 12th grade category at a ceremony at UConn’s Jorgensen Center for the Performing Arts Wednesday night. Manchester High senior Anthony Doyle will also be honored as the winner in the 12th grade non-fiction category for his story, “Two Toads.” Nurun recently talked about her story for a RedRoom Podcast.
